Please read these terms carefully before using the service. By continuing to use it, you accept these terms.

1. Service description

This service provides digital network communication features for individual users, designed to improve the security and privacy of internet use. It provides dedicated network connections and related features selected by the user.

You use the service at your own risk and are responsible for your use. To the extent permitted by law, the service is not responsible for direct or indirect losses or civil or criminal liability arising from use or inability to use the service.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license for personal use under these terms. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued without notice.

Availability. We aim to maintain stable service and a 99.9% availability target. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fees paid for the affected service, except where law requires otherwise.

2. Intellectual property

All software, interfaces, content, and identifiers in the service are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, distribute, adapt, reverse engineer, or otherwise infringe those rights without written permission.

3. Prohibited conduct

You must comply with applicable law and must not:

  1. Use the service for illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or otherwise improper activity;
  2. Attack, interfere with, or access a third-party network, system, or service without authorization;
  3. Distribute harmful content involving minors or exploit minors in any way;
  4. Disrupt service through excessive bandwidth use, large-scale peer-to-peer downloads, or automated crawling;
  5. Collect, retain, or disclose another person's personal information without authorization;
  6. Use the service for military, cyberwarfare, or non-peaceful purposes.

We may investigate violations and issue warnings, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, or cooperate with authorities as appropriate.

4. Accounts and access

  • Standard accounts are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or rented.
  • You are responsible for losses caused by account sharing, disclosure, or misuse.
  • We may restrict access and investigate unusual activity or security risks.
  • Appeals may be submitted through in-app support.

5. Refunds

Premium access is a digital service and normally is not refundable once activated. A refund may be considered where support verifies that the service could not be used during the subscription period and the purchase met the applicable channel rules.

Requests made within one day of purchase may be eligible for a full refund; later requests may be assessed based on unused time, subject to applicable law and any disclosed promotion terms. App Store purchases should be submitted to Apple first. Third-party fees may be deducted where permitted.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or suitable service. You assume the risk of use. Any mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the service is provided, excluding conflict-of-law rules where permitted. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith discussion and then through a competent court where required.

8. Changes

We may update these terms for legal or operational reasons. Updated terms are published in the app or on the website and apply when effective. Continued use indicates acceptance where permitted by law.
